Molten almond butter chocolate lava cake😋 🔗 INGREDIENT - 1 jar @justins almond butter - 1 box brownie mix - 3 eggs - 1/3 cup oil - 1/3 cup water - 12 peanut butter cups DIRECTIONS 1. Set your oven to 400*F. 2. Using a 1" scoop, scoop 12 mounds of almond butter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes, until hard. 3. Meanwhile, seperate the yolks from the whites and place yolks in a small bowl to reserve. 4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form - reserve for later. 5. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, oil and water until a smooth batter forms. 6. Gently, fold in the egg whites until they cannot be seen any longer. 7. Divide the batter evenly into a greased muffin tin. 8. Press one frozen mound of almond butter into the center of each cake, and smooth batter over the top. 9. Top each cake with a peanut butter cup and bake until cake is just set, about 8-9 minutes.

Then, fold the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture, and divide it evenly between 10 popsicle molds. Top the popsicles with the reserved cream mixture and insert a cinnamon into each, to serve as the 'sticks'. Freeze until solid. Dip the pops halfway in melted chocolate, if desired.

This Circus Animal Cheesecake is totally epic! 🎠💕🍰 🔗 Circus Animal Cheesecake INGREDIENT - 2 cups pink animal crackers - 2 tbs butter, melted - 32 ounces cream cheese, softened - 4 eggs - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup sour cream - 1 tbs vanilla extract - White chocolate ganache - Sprinkles - Whipped cream - Additional animal crackers DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 300˚ F. 2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line with parchment. 3. Grind the animal crackers in a food processor or blender until you achieve a sandy consistency. In bowl, mix the animal cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Once everything is combined, press the crust mixture into the bottom of the springform pan and bake for 10-15 minutes. 4. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar until everything is combined. 5. Split the batter into two bowls. In one bowl, stir in pink food coloring. 6. Once the crust has cooled, pour the batters in small amounts in an alternating fashion to create a zebra design. 7. Bake the cheesecake for about an hour and a half. Turn off the oven and cool the cheesecake for at least one hour, then refrigerate the cheesecake for at least two hours. 8. Once the cheesecake is cool, drizzle a white chocolate ganache over the entire cheesecake and top with sprinkles. Pipe the funnel cake batter into small circles. Fry for 1-2 minutes and then flip, frying for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and then carefully remove it from the pot and drain on paper towels. 4. Once the funnel cake is cool, top with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and powdered sugar, and sandwich it with another funnel cake on top.
