Afternoon snack was a bowl of cereal mixed with mini wheats, cinnamon toast crunch, granola and milk☺️ Lately I've been having heavy cravings of sweets and just food in general, esp bread and pizza? I'm finding myself eating, even when I'm full. It is hard to acknowledge my cravings since I'm always afraid that I'll never stop stuffing my face, but I'm starting to think that it's a sign that my body is not recovered. Over the last few days, I've been eating around 3200+ calories per day (mostly 3500 ) Trying hard not to count, but since I've been eating more, it's a bit hard😅I'm already weight restored, yet my mind is constantly thinking about food and what to eat.
