I didn't realize how taxing airplane travel can be on the body. Past flying experiences have been more focused on mental stress=worried thoughts. For a whole week before boarding a plane, I prepared myself to be in an ultra calm / happy place. The first 3/4 of the air travel I felt extraverted and ecstatic joy. Towards the end I felt a feeling of needing deep rest and replenishing. Been on the road since and haven't found the time or discipline to deeply ground in new land. Most obvious physical thing is a feeling of weakness in my legs. Walking has been feeling like more of muscular exertion than usual. Time to slow down and breathe with this place.
